What is BitCoin?
The concept was introduced in 2008 by a programmer with the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto called the electronic payment system peer to peer (point to point).
Bitcoin is a digital currency coded whose creation and transfer is based on protocols (open source encryption) that is independent of any central authority. A Bitcoin can be transferred from a computer or smart phone without using an intermediary financial institution.
Unlike most currencies, Bitcoin does not depend on any centralized trusted issuer, as a server of a large bank (for example). The Bitcoin uses a distributed database spread across nodes of the peer-to-peer network to track transactions, and uses cryptography to provide basic security functions, such as ensuring that bitcoins can only be spent by the owner, and avoid double spending or falsification thereof.
Bitcoin's design allows for anonymous ownership and transfers of values. Bitcoins can be saved on computers in a virtual wallet, in this case Bitcoins can be sent over the Internet to anyone with a virtual portfolio (in the form of address).
The peer-to-peer topology of the Bitcoin network, and the absence of a central authority administration becomes infeasible for any authority. Government or not, can not manipulate the value of Bitcoins or induce inflation. However, large movements of demand may make its value increase in the foreign exchange market.
Bitcoin is currently listed on the market as the Euro, Dollar, Pound etc. ....
